分组规则
3.1 分组:

3.1 Categories:
Men’s Fit-Model competition at the World Championships is open in the following
categories:
- There are three categories in Men’s Fit-Model world-level competitions, currently as follows:
- a. Class A: Up to and incl. 176 cm
- b. Class B: Up to and incl. 183 cm
- c. Class C: Over 183 cm
Except of the World and Continental Championships, a category can only be run if there are not less than 3 athletes. If less than 3 athletes, categories will be combined wherever possible. Masters categories will not be combined. At the World and Continental Championships a category can only be run if there are not less than 5 athletes. If less than 5 athletes, categories will be combined wherever possible.

着装要求
第六条 – 预审和决赛:服装
6.1 淘汰赛、第一轮和第三轮的服装:
淘汰赛、第一轮和第三轮的服装应符合以下标准:
- 短裤的侧边要高,能够覆盖整个臀大肌和所有正面区域,但要露出大腿上部,需赤脚。
- 服装上不允许有任何装饰。禁止在短裤的任何部位使用填充物。

Article 6 – Prejudging and Finals: Attire
6.1 Attire for Elimination Round, Round 1 and Round 3
The attire for Elimination Round, Round 1 and Round 3 will conform to the following criteria:
High sides, covering the whole gluteus maximus and all frontal area but allowing to display the upper legs, barefoot. No ornaments in the attire will be permitted. The use of padding anywhere in the trunks is prohibited.
Except for a wedding ring, competitors will not wear footwear, glasses, watches, necklaces, earrings, wigs, distracting ornamentation or artificial aids to the figure.
Headgears are generally prohibited but if it is required by the official rules of the country represented by a competitor or due to the religious principles observed by a competitor, a small, tight cap with no vizor, may be used. This cup should be shown at the Official Athlete Registration and approved by the designated IFBB official.
The attire will be inspected during the Official Athlete Registration.
6.2 Tans and Bronzer Usage
The use of tans and bronzers that can be wiped off is not allowed. If the tan comes off by simply wiping, the athlete will not be allowed to enter the stage. Artificial body colouring and self-tanning products may be used. Professional competition tanning methods (airbrush tanning, cabin spray tanning) may be used if applied by the professional companies and qualified personnel. Sparkles, glitter, shiny metallic pearls or gold coloring are prohibited whether applied as part of a tanning lotion or applied separately, regardless of who applied them on the competitor’s body.
6.3 Application of Oil
The excessive application of oil on the body is strictly prohibited; however, body oils and moisturizers may be used in moderation.
6.4 Implants and Fluid Injections
Implants or fluid injections causing the change of the natural shape of any part or muscle of the body are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification of the competitor.
6.5 Decision of IFBB Chief Judge
The IFBB Chief Judge, or a delegated by him official, will have the right to make decision if a competitor’s attire meets the criteria established in the Rules and an acceptable standards of aesthetics. The athlete may be disqualified if the attire doesn’t meet them.

Article 10 – Assessing of the Elimination Round, Round 1 and Round 3
10.1 All the above mentioned rounds are assessed using the following criteria:
A judge should first assess the overall appearance of a competitor, including the whole physique. Then, the assessment should take into account:
- The overall body development and shape;
- Balanced, proportionally, and symmetrically developed, complete physique;
- The condition of the skin and the skin tone;
- The hair and handsomeness;
- The athlete’s ability to present himself with confidence and the general impression made by the competitor.
The body parts should have a nice appearance. The physique should neither be excessively muscular nor excessively lean. Physiques that are considered too muscular or too lean must be marked down.
Stage Presence and Personality
- Judges are looking for the contestant with the best stage presence and poise, who can successfully convey his personality to the audience and the athlete’s ability to present himself onstage with confidence.
The judge’s assessment of the athlete’s physique should include the athlete’s entire presentation, from the moment he walks onstage until the moment he walks offstage. At all times, the Fit-Model competitor must be viewed with the emphasis on a “healthy and elegant” physique, in an attractively presented “Total Package”.
Article 13 – Prejudging: Assessing of Round 2
13.1 Assessment of Round 3:
All competitors must present themselves in a sport manner, with elegance, confidence, and sophistication. Judges will be evaluating the attire and how well it suits the competitor (e.g., fit, color, style) as well as the competitor’s on-stage presentation.
Article 17 - Finals: Assessing of Round 3
17.1 Assessing of Round 3
Round 3 is assessed using the same criteria as detailed in Article 10 (Assessing of Round 1). More details in Appendix 1 to this Section.
The judges must ensure that this round is judged from a “fresh” perspective, ensuring that all competitors receive fair assessment based upon their body condition presented in this round.
Article 20 – Finals: Assessing of Round 4
20.1 Round 4 is assessed using the same criteria as detailed in Article 13 (Assessing of Round 2). More details in Appendix 1 to this Section.
The judges must ensure that this round is judged from a “fresh” perspective, ensuring that all competitors receive fair assessment based upon their body condition presented in this round.

附录 2:如何评估男子健身模特四个转向
- 评估应考虑整个体格,除了被短裤覆盖的大腿上部。
- 评估从对体格的整体印象开始,应考虑到头发、整体体型和身体线条、平衡、匀称和对称的体格展示、皮肤状况和肤色,以及运动员自信和优雅地展示自己的能力。
- 裁判应偏爱和谐、匀称、经典的男性体格,良好的姿势,正确的解剖结构(包括身体框架,正确的脊柱曲线,四肢和躯干比例良好,腿直,不弯曲或膝外翻)。

APPENDIX 1: DESCRIPTION OF THE MEN’S FIT-MODEL QUARTER TURNS
Front Position:
- Erect, tense stance, head and eyes facing the same direction as the body, with one hand resting on the hip, with four fingers (except the thumb) placed on the front of the hip, and one leg slightly moved to the side.
- The second hand hangs down along the body, slightly out to the side, elbow slightly bent, thumbs and fingers together, palms facing the body, hand slightly cupped.
- Knees unbent, abdominal and latissimus dorsi muscles slightly contracted, head up.
- Note: Competitors who fail to adopt the proper stance will receive one warning after which points will be deducted from their score.
Quarter Turn Right:
- Competitors will perform the first quarter turn to the right. They will stand left side to the judges, with upper body slightly turned toward the judges and face looking at the judges.
- Left hand resting on the left hip, with four fingers (except the thumb) placed on the front of the hip, right arm held down and slightly to the front from the centerline of the body, elbow slightly bent, with thumbs and fingers together, palms facing the body, hand slightly cupped.
- Left leg (nearest the judges) slightly bent in the knee, resting flat on the floor. Right leg (farthest to the judges) bent in the knee, with foot moved back and resting on the toes.
Quarter Turn Back:
- Erect, tense stance, head and eyes facing the same direction as the body, with one hand resting on the hip, with four fingers (except the thumb) placed on the front of the hip, second hand hanging down along the body, slightly out to the side, elbow slightly bent, with thumbs and fingers together, palms facing the body, hand slightly cupped, and one leg slightly moved back and to the side, resting on the toes.
- Latissimus dorsi muscles slightly contracted, head up.
Quarter Turn Right (Again):
- Competitors will perform the next quarter turn to the right. They will stand right side to the judges, with upper body slightly turned toward the judges and face looking at the judges.
- Right hand resting on the right hip, with four fingers (except the thumb) placed on the front of the hip, left arm held down and slightly to the front from the centerline of the body, elbow slightly bent, with thumbs and fingers together, palms facing the body, hand slightly cupped.
- Right leg (nearest the judges) slightly bent in the knee, resting flat on the floor. Left leg (farthest to the judges) bent in the knee, with foot moved back and resting on the toes.
APPENDIX 2: HOW TO ASSESS THE MEN’S FIT-MODEL QUARTER TURNS
General Assessment:
- The assessment should take the entire physique into account, with the exception of the upper part of the thighs, which are covered by board shorts.
- Consideration should be given to:
- Hair
- Overall body shape and lines
- Balanced, proportional, and symmetrically developed physique
- Skin condition and tone
- Athlete’s confidence and elegance in presentation
Key Factors:
- Judges should favour competitors with a harmonious, proportional, classical male physique:
- Good posture
- Correct anatomical structure (including body framework, correct spinal curves, limbs, and trunk in good proportion, straight legs, not bandy or knock-kneed).
- Vertical proportions (legs to upper body length) and horizontal proportions (hips and waist to shoulder width).
- Judges should favour competitors with a harmonious, proportional, classical male physique:
Body Appearance:
- The physique should have a firm appearance with a decreased amount of body fat.
- It should neither be excessively muscular nor excessively lean, free from deep muscle separation or sharp striations.
- Physiques that are too muscular, hard, dry, or lean will be marked down.
Skin and Hair:
- Skin should be smooth and healthy in appearance.
- Hair should complement the overall “Total Package” presented by the athlete.
Overall Presentation:
- The assessment should include the athlete’s presentation from when they walk onstage to when they walk offstage.
- The competitor must be viewed with an emphasis on a “healthy and proportional” physique, presented in an impressive “Total Package”.
APPENDIX 3: HOW TO PERFORM AND ASSESS MEN’S FIT-MODEL INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATION (ROUND 2)
The Men’s Fit-Model Individual Presentation in Round 2 is performed in the following manner:
Front Stance:
- The competitor will walk to the center of the stage, stop, and perform the front stance, with an optional pose of hand in pocket or on hip.
Quarter Turns:
- The competitor will turn to his right and perform the left side stance.
- The competitor will then turn to his right and perform the back stance.
- The competitor will then turn to his right and perform the right side stance.
- The competitor will then turn to his right and perform the front position again.
Final Stage Position:
- The competitor will then walk to the lineup in the rear part of the stage, according to the Stage Director’s directive.
- Assessment Criteria:
- Judges will assess how well the competitor displays their physique in movement.
- Competitors should carry themselves gracefully while moving on the stage.
- The elegance of movements, gestures, showmanship, personality, charisma, stage presence, and natural rhythm all contribute to the final placing.
APPENDIX 4: HOW TO PERFORM AND ASSESS MEN’S FIT-MODEL INDIVIDUAL PRESENTATION IN ROUND 4
Relaxed Presentation:
- Male fit-models are encouraged to look relaxed and smile. They should have fun with the audience and judges.
- Poses should be relaxed, with each pose held for 2-3 seconds to allow judges to assess the competitor.
- Running around the stage is not recommended. Transitions between poses should be smooth and graceful.
Creative Posing:
- Competitors should have a theme or motif to their posing, showcasing their individuality and character.
- Hair should be well-presented and suit the competitor’s body type.
Assessment Focus:
- Judges will observe the way the outfits are worn, as well as the competitor’s personality.
- It is the competitor, not the outfit, being judged; however, costumes can contribute to the score if they make the competitor more impressive and memorable.
Key Qualities:
- Confidence, charisma, and a good attitude are vital.
- The competitor should appear comfortable on stage, enjoying the spotlight and letting their personality shine through.

- Men 1: Men Fit-Model attire for the Elimination Round, Round 1, and Round 3.
- Men 2: Acceptable style of shorts.
- Men 3: Men Fit-Model outfit for Round 2 and 4.
